As our Delegating Nurse, she oversees medication protocols, reviews and authorizes individualized care plans, and provides clinical guidance to our caregiving team. Her expertise and steady professionalism give residents, families, and staff the confidence that comes from knowing a skilled, licensed nurse is actively involved in each resident’s care. Laura brings both clinical rigor and compassion to her role, helping ensure that every resident receives care that is thoughtful, individualized, and delivered with dignity.
