Amlan is a visible, present force at Goddard — not managing from a distance, but here, engaged, and accountable to the families who trust us.

A career spent managing complex environments gave him a precise, thoughtful eye — and his decision to bring that expertise here, in service of older adults and their families, says everything about who he is. As Property Manager, Alok ensures that the home is impeccably maintained, safe, and welcoming in every detail. Laura provides the clinical backbone that every excellent assisted living home depends upon. As our Delegating Nurse, she oversees medication protocols, reviews and authorizes individualized care plans, and ensures that our entire caregiving team operates with strong clinical guidance at all times. Her expertise and steady professionalism give residents, families, and staff alike the confidence that comes from knowing a skilled, licensed nurse is watching over each resident's health with care and rigor.

Anne Marie is the daily face of compassion at Goddard Senior Living. She leads resident care with warmth, patience, and an intuitive sensitivity to what older adults need — not just physically, but emotionally.
